Bank Midwest, owned by Goodenow Bancorp and serving Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, was looking to expand in the Fairmont market.
The Redmond Company hired Dulas to do the site work and underground utilities at the Fairmont branch site. Dulas’ contract consisted of excavating and installation of water and sewer lines, as well as storm drainage. The Dulas crew also excavated and backfilled the foundations and completed the grading in preparation for the concrete paving and curb and gutter. With just the hauling and placement of the class 5 for the parking lot along with finish work remaining, the project will be completed by summer of 2013.
