Expansion of Outdoor Storage, Menards
Less than ideal conditions with a difficult owner led for a true test of commitment during the wet month of June 2018. Working with Brennan Companies, the owner was not interested in spending a large amount of time and money of correcting the insufficient soils in the parking addition. With not a lot of soil correction and a bit of luck, Dulas was able to bridge the poor soils and get the sub grade laid down just in time for paving of the parking lot in November of 2018.
